Delivery Boss ("the App") is a tool designed to help gig delivery drivers communicate more effectively with customers.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
The App offers a free tier with 98 message templates and offline access. Optional paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro) unlock additional features including AI message generation, route planning, and expanded customization.
The App does not require account creation, login, or any personal information beyond an optional first name stored locally on your device.
Messages provided are templates and suggestions only. You are solely responsible for all messages you send to customers. The App does not send messages on your behalf.
You are responsible for reviewing and customizing all messages before sending. You should always comply with your delivery platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
The App does not guarantee improved ratings, tips, or earnings. Results depend on many factors outside the App's control.
Delivery Boss is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any delivery platform, including but not limited to DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart, or Shipt. All platform names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
All content, design, and code in Delivery Boss are the intellectual property of their respective creators. You may not redistribute, sell, or claim the App as your own.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
